1. What services do you offer?

We offer a full range of moving services, including local and long-distance moves, packing and unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly. Whether you're moving your home or office, we've got you covered!

2. How do I get a quote for my move?

You can request a quote through our website by filling out a quick form, or you can give us a call. We’ll ask about the size of your move, the distance, and any special requirements, and provide you with a transparent, no-obligation estimate.

3. Do you provide packing services?

We currently require you to pack your own boxes. But we've got you covered when it comes to packing your furniture. Our Team are experts at Tetris, use high-quality materials and have the experience to pack everything from fragile items to bulky furniture safely onboard the truck.

4. How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re happy to accommodate last-minute moves whenever possible.

5. Do you move heavy or fragile items?

Absolutely! We take the upmost care when moving heavy and fragile items, including pianos (excluding grand pianos), antiques, and delicate electronics. Our team use the proper  techniques to ensure your items are safely transported.

6. What should I do to prepare for moving day?

To make your move as smooth as possible, we suggest:

• Packing and labelling boxes in advance 

• Disconnecting appliances and electronics

• Ensuring walkways and doorways are clear for easy access

• Having any parking or access permits arranged in advance

7. Are your movers insured?

Yes, all of our work is fully guaranteed. Please see t's&c's in confirmation email for what is covered and what isn't.

8. What happens if my move is delayed?

Whilst we do our best to stick to our schedule, delays can sometimes happen due to traffic or unexpected circumstances. If there's any delay, we’ll keep you informed and make sure the rest of your move runs smoothly.

9. Can we help with last-minute moves?

Yes! We understand that things can change quickly, and we’re happy to assist with last-minute moves whenever possible. Contact us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

10. How much will my move cost?

The cost of your move depends on various factors such as the distance, the size of your move, the services you require, and any additional needs (e.g., packing). We'll provide you with a clear, upfront quote so you know exactly what to expect.

11. Do you offer storage services?

Not currently.

12. What should I do with my pets during the move?

We recommend making arrangements for your pets to be kept in a quiet, safe area away from the moving activity on the big day. If you need recommendations for pet care during your move, feel free to ask!
